I haven't used any other program besides HelpScribble, so keep that in mind when you read my comments. The program works, but it isn't the most intuitive software I have used.The WYSIWYG isn't very good for the program. While building the file, the images are not shown in the editing window. I find that I have to build the file several times before I get satisfactory results. This is especially true when using tabs and when placing texts below images. Centering the text, "Figure 1" for example takes several attempts. On many occasions, I have resorted to just placing the text in the image file.One of the things I like least about the program, and consider it potentially a serious problem, is that you can inadvertently launch two separate incidences (maybe more) of the same file. This could be a significant problem and cause major loss of data if you are not aware that you have launched the file twice.Another feature that I find difficult to use is the Contents File Editor. Every time I use it, I have to re-learn how the editor works. I am not sure that I even use it the way it was intended.When the help file is launched to a specific page, the active window in the help file is the Content Window and not the Help Information Window. You have to click on the Help Information Window so that the Help Information Window scrolls with the mouse scroll wheel rather than the Contents Window.Tech support is good. I have made several requests for help and always received information.Your Help File doesn't have a search feature, like may help file programs.The major reason for my less than average rating is the fact that several incidences of the same file can be launched at the same time.The programs gets the job done, but not with the greatest of ease.
